I visit the showroom last Saturday and my last visit when i inquire the in-house agent, there was about 24 unit (958 Sqft) and 1 unit (1200 Sqft) left.
All 25 houses was booked, and it is under loan processing.

There's was a unit at Level 33 (958 Sqft), whereby the owner has 2 bank rejected the loan, thus the agent swap the unit to me.
I had paid the booking fees, and in the midst of loan processing by the bankers.

Hi Guys~ Just signed the Letter Offer from the bank, and the SNP last weekend.

Right now the construction is at level 30.

If the developer could build a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks to connect Vista Sentul with Chong Hwa Independent High School, then it is only another 700m along Jalan St Thomas to Jalan Ipoh MRT2 station ... will this be possible?

There is one pedestrian bridge near the north side of the Chong Hwa school.
It’s been there for quite some time, but i guess a bit run down by now.
Last time a lot of students use that bridge to go back to Sentul, these days not sure.

Quite a bit of distance oh. A few traffic lights from the main road. Google map states around 2km. But the road shown looks a bit shady when you turn in (the "shortcut" right beside DUKE highway). Better use the road from the shoplot to access.

So far so good for my unit.
All in all.. Money worth.
Happy with my purchase.

No major defect on my end. Only finishing defect.
When first got key (October), when there is a thunderstorm the hallways always get water.. now they install some windshield or something to reduce those effect

Also, entrance to carpark can be a challenge to large car.. since a bit sempit.
But the facility all good on my end. Just the people here all gatal tangan... petik pandan la, throw cigg butt.. but all in all im okay one

Reserve price at RM480,000 is not too bad.

1 unit out of 700 plus units is totally irrelevant to the question 'Is it a good property?'

Yes they may be more but will it reach up to 70 units for lelong?

So is it even worth tracking in the first place?

To the owners occupiers and investors, please don't waste your time tracking this. If you are a true investor, it would be for the long haul. In the short term, I believe you would have counted the cost and have prepared yourself to contend with lower rental but eventually, over the long term it will gradually move up.

If you are a flipper and bought VS to flip, I can only conclude that you must have been a space traveler who took a long journey into the frontiers of other galaxies far far away and returned to Earth before buying VS in order to flip. Now you suffer non-existent capital gain with no or low rental income and hence, have to resort to auction before u bleed to death ... tsk tsk tsk
