Halo, thread not moving. So I kacau sikit

What say you ppl on cheap china carbon wheelset? With china hubs?
Or cheap (might be good) china carbon wheelset with at least decent hub DT350 kee

Shoppee ada those Avian CR2 starts from RM1000 saja for carbon wheelset. 400+ buyers semua cakap bagus (well, at the price point, and usually these are noobie/wannabe like me)
And thos CR4 T800 from RM2699 weight 13xx saja for a pair.

Sorry of late been pretty preoccupied with other stuffs.

There are plenty of counterfeit, claimed OEM or unbranded wheel sets in the market and even though I did use one of those that was built and brought in by Cyclelogy Bangsar(formerly known as Specialized), I only bought it because there is accountability from the shop whereas many others, such as CHENVE do not have.

It takes more than just an individual’s mouth to say that they’d be accountable for any warranties or guarantees that it will not fail, I just would rather that it comes from a proper establishment such as Cyclelogy where its reputation is on the line should there be any failure to honour any after sales service pertinent to any externally inflicted damage on the wheel set and wheel sets, in my opinion should be bought cautiously and not arbitrarily just based on one’s ability spend.

Failures happen across the industry, ENVE had a bout of rim track failures just about a year or two ago but buyers have ENVE to be accountable for its shortcomings.

This part is important. Get only from a local shop or wheel builder that you trust. Also you can ask further questions about how the wheel behaves etc.
*
That’s why Megabike can sell wheels, they have someone who can build and someone who people can trust

for those looking for bike sized XS, bikepro has stock for scott addict rc40. 105 groupset, rm14.8k. not cheap for 105 bike, but considering its the hmx carbon frame which is top level, can say not the worst deal since most top level framesets alone are rm12k-25k, so the potential for upgrading the parts is good.
*
The top is HMX SL, but HMX is just half a rung or less lower

i face the same back when i was looking for a bike few years, i am 185cm and with the same budget for an aluminium bike as i prefer metal bike

i went to almost all the bike shop and no shop wanted to entertain me, they just told me no bike for my size, they are not even willing to order for me

the last shop i go to is Treknology at KD and they have big size bke untill 64cm, i got my bike from them but now they are closed so i don't think u can find a big size bike easily now

What grease do you guys use for the seat post & pedals? Previously I used Park Tool Polylube 1000 but seems like it's sold out everywhere now so gotta look for alternatives.
