if u really wanna get to 100km, need to be consistent with ur weekly rides. thats all it takes, in most cases.

On contrary, I am inconsistent.

What I did just just grind away. Even have to shift to low gearing, riding at 9kmh cranking 40rpm. I trade time for distance. That is how I completed yesterday's ride.

As long as you don't chase timing, distance can be achieved, that's my belief.

Found someone on same scenario like me.. always kena chase home..until jadi my habit.. cepat kayuh cepat balik.. alot of stuff at home to do.. but never give up cycling~

as long as not gazetted highway, then bicycle can be on the road.
if gazetted highway, then must masuk motor lane.
if dont have motor lane, then just be prepared to kena denda that's all

Hai, first time browsing this thread. Interested to start riding more as a form of exercise. I find jogging boring 😅. My question is Road bike or MTB. Last time i rode bikes was during high school... hahah! Budget is around 1k. I saw that most roadbikes are way above that. MTB like polygon are still around 1k range. Appreciate any advice on how to start

guys, how do we know if the saddle is right? knowing will be spending at least few hundreds into buying new saddle, i don't want to be spending and within few rides shows the saddle not usable. currently having numbness in kuku area despite multiple adjustments on the angle by bike fitter.

topeak has them, try GH or most shops that has topeak stuff.

I was using it on old bike since my seat tube is short, current bike using elite cannibal, easy to side load from any side. for a typical side pull bottle cage if you pull on right side if mounted on down tube, you would have to pull from left side if the same cage is on the seat tube, cant use the same hands.
talking about saddles, I've broken 2 spez saddles at the base lol. cheap romin comp, and sworks power arc. same place at the saddle base beside the cutout. rails are fine, sent the sworks one try luck claim warranty even though it's 2 years old, but since july no news. using pro stealth now, 40g heavier but half the price, hopefully that can last longer lol.
