QUOTE(genecode @ Dec 22 2019, 12:24 PM) Sapa pandai2 tukar nama solat kat nusantara ni. Niat ain't an issue as you can even say it in local languages for all that matter.. There are tons of other religious obligations where the lafaz niat/utterance of intention is done in local language, including nikah & zakat. Nabi panggil solat fajar, tapi kita tukar solat subuh? niat pon dah jadi solat lain?? Sunnah nabi patut solat fajar lah kan? This post has been edited by lucifer_666: Dec 22 2019, 12:31 PM |

Not trying to vroom, but solat times were actually designed for desert people.
It's very hot in Arab, so the people there woke up early, worked in the morning, and rest in the afternoon. Hence the first solat was before they started work, and the next four were after they returned from work. Somehow this practice spread to the whole world. |

Dont make shit up you dont know. ask ustaz or mufti. It's very hot in Arab, so the people there woke up early, worked in the morning, and rest in the afternoon.
