Dear all, I had participated in the ballot session for legasi 3. Wasn't lucky enough to land a spot on the main list but landed a spot on waiting list (above 10 position). I notice that only 5 bumi participated in the ballot session and there are still around 15 available bumi lot.

Will the bumi lot be opened up for non-bumi?

What are the odds of getting a unit or I am better off finding other subsale in Bandar Kinrara?

Tbh, I am really liking the gateless concept of legasi and I believe only legasi and rimbun 3 have this kind of concept so far.

I am lucky to get selected for a unit in Legasi 3, but then decided not to proceed after site visit. Don't think is a good buy . The location is so close to Jalan Impian Indah, and LTAT flat just opposite. For some unit, Jalan Impian Indah is higher. Whenever car pass by Jalan Impian Indah, there's huge sound. If the LTAT flat fully occupied, for sure traffic a lot. And noisier. Am not sure whether there will be mini surau in LTAT flat. And the playground just beside Jalan Impian Indah.  That's why I cancel for purchase. Some info, there's will be 2 entrance , one for Legasi 1 and Legasi 2, and another for Legasi 3 and Legasi 4. Legasi 4 will launch next year end. But no plan yet.  In my opinion, Legasi  1 is the best, but miss it.

Guys , need your advice on subsale now, Irama or Sapphire?

If like legasi 1 and not in a hurry, why dnt just wait 1 year then buy legasi 1 subsale when vp? Pretty sure got flippers.

Developer now improving the landscape around the legasi side. Lotsa plants already. Might extend all the way to irama side also...

There's already a waitlist of around 20 ppl for the nonbumi when they ballot. If got bumi buyers pick up 5 or 6 biji during the time before developer can apply, as good as sold out now, bumi units included.

Even if there is unit available after developer convert, it's been rejected by at least 20 nonbumi buyers. I wouldn't put 1 mil into a unit like that.

Interesting. Got me thinking bout how much the asking price for legasi 1 would be after completion. I see qaseh 3 superlink (i think most similar) now asking for 1.45 to 1.55mil which is around rm775 per sqft.

So legasi 1 intermediate 22x75 = 1650sqft, means average asking price would be 1.3mil to 1.4mil considering pavi jalil open and its newer?

Of course, will have flippers who need cashflow fast might ask lower.

Yeah. Actually okie with Saphhire surroundings as well. Just if good price can get in Qaseh 3, will go for it. Of course Saphhire is cheaper.
For me asking price of 1.6mil for 24x80 of endlot 10ft is a bit high.

Rich people will buy bangalow and move in there and there supposed to have healthcare provided.
