I think the layout looks ok leh, the price is reasonable at 1.066 also before rebate. I believe can be a sell out project again...

Bukit Jalil 2.5 storey market value for bank is 1.7 million. honestly bank would think Kinrara 1.08 a fair value for a place 3KM away from bukit jalil, and Freehold

Legasi 4 is end of the year, but may be next year as well, and price wise sure will be higher. Give and take...

If you look at the land clearing on the site of Legasi, they only clear the land until Legasi 3.

btw, I highly recommend folks to view the actual site, the jalan on the KL side is higher than legasi 3, and I really don't know how they can construct legasi 4, with the jalan behind it being so high
