Not necessary also, unless someone can prove this place 100% won't flood. Higher ground less prone to flood, but those drainage need to be functioning well first... It could be flood on specific road or small area, maybe not whole taman i guess.. But who knows, unpredictable.. Maybe next 100years, also wont flood. But to me, buy landed, then need see see nearby surrounding, if u feel okay, just buy.. No one will know whether future will have flood or not
