90% loan pretty standard, nothing wrong with it as long as afford to pay the bank. Even if cash rich, can always get the highest eligible loan and park cash into fully flexi loan account as emergency backup cash.

Really depends on individual how to manage the debt and cash flow.

L4 is the last already for Legasi series thats why its super hot in demand.
The future projects will be much deeper in and near those low cost PPR.

Next phase coming soon, the location is actually not bad, just next to Irama or golf course. Although not much details yet, for me, this parcel is better than Legasi 4 land.

definitely more serene but some say the land is much lower like a valley and towered by higher towers as well as near PPR coupled with further from exit and entrance..
but for sure the price will be going higher and i believe it shall start close to 1.4m.

Not prefer semi D…. Since currently living same type of property… I just wanna put deposit only… any way will looking other opportunities… not necessary new launch…

Commercial, auction, land …. See where got opportunities… definitely no share markets la…

Yup… developer will launch semi D first… then will be link house… definitely will be prime in term location and price…

Actually SP Setia bought InP becos of land banks… no just Bandar Kinrara… still other places… I prefer old InP design… more like Melayu house design… current design even modern… but it won’t lasting…. After few years will feel dated… you can see Qaseh, Anggun, Sapphire…. Until now still grant … really timeless design

Exactly, big boss ada taste. If only sps maintain inp design but do proper guardhouse and/or strata, but then that time I think everyone will only have 1% chance to get unit

Agreed on that… since the location so prime and limited…with freehold status… developer won’t think too much about the design … just built as much as they can to maximise the profits …

The only one that interests me was Qaseh but i was just a fresh grad when it was launched and the price now 10k a month installement from subsale i rather stay in hotel every night..
