sorry to necro the thread but would like to get input from riders between Xmax 250 and Forza 250. Main purpose is commute to office from Shah Alam to KL daily.
I am a big sized rider with 175cm height so wonder if either these options are good for me. Prior to MCO used to ride F800GS so not nervous about taking big ride into City traffic.

looks awesome but wonder if it would arrive in our shores in 300 variant. and based on what i have read so far; our neighbour usually gets theirs a year in advance so will just proceed with either the xmax or forza on whichever comes first (hoping xmax comes first though)...

Your guess is as good as mine on when we can buy it here.
Because of how our driving licenses are structured, we may not see 300cc Xmax but the 250cc. The Honda Forza originally came in 300cc (279cc) but later discontinued and replaced with 250cc. It is highly unlikely that Hong Leong Yamaha will repeat the same exercise (mistake).

Knowing the reality of the limit of B2, I still hope Boon Siew will bring in the ADV350 and not a castrated ADV250
Just got an xmax 250 and they said if you big rider (100kg) Better to change back suspension
Is this true and if so, which would the otai here recomend Rcb, yss or prefender
Ohlins very out of budget
All brands better compare to stock shocks, find the one that is serviceable or can claim warranty easily in Malaysia. as all those suspensions are made in Siam (including Ohlins for small bikes).

Ah Chong suggests profender though (Mansheng)
