Apparently pre orders need to match the region where you are based in or where your game pass code was purchased from.

I haven't pre ordered a base game but maybe armored core would be one

Nope. After purchasing I could get my xbox to install it. I triple and quadruple checked. Apparently can buy xbox digital games if you use their search bar.

Not very soon. I don't think they care much about our small market demographics but it's a non issue when we can still purchase from other regions. Buying from turkey saved me alot of money it's just that this is starfield and Im buying full price.

Premium upgrade is for the dlc and 5 day early access. I'm working half day on 1st Sept so I wanna play that afternoon ahahah
