Balcony can open the door even when not at home, rain also lesser headache.. no balcony need to close all windows when going to work

SO Is This Project Legit? All the agent kept saying it is a real project because the show room is open. But there are no valid proof of it.

ALL THE AGENT HAS BEEN SAYING THAT WILL BE UP ON THE PORTAL ON FEB THEN NOW THEY SAY MARCH. AND THEN END OF MARCH THEN THEY SAY MIGHT BE APRIL.
THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE CONFIENT TO SAY THE TRUTH OUT

As long as the project not up at the Residensi Wilayah website, it will be consider as scam.

There is actually no valid proof of this project. All the agent ares like unsure about the project and it is still not uploaded to the portal.

I also no dare to put 15k booking fee into this unknown project

My agent said for the booking fee RM15k is depend on if you want to choose unit or ballot. If choose ballot, only until rumawip portal up just make booking.

yea but still doesn't exclude the probability where the developer runaway with your RM15k like the case in Balakong.

yea so even if my agent says that 400++ ppl have make payment, I also didn't paid it.

Which case in belakong? Can you share? And which developer is that? However, I am still unsure about this. Those agents cant provide a proper thing to us.

now due to this stupid coronavirus, this is gonna drag further...how much further also i dont know..i keep asking my agent and they all say that waiting for portal to be up..before i paid the booking fee i did some study, none can proof the legitimacy of this project..50-50 chances this is either legit or a scam..well i just gamble and in the good hope it's legit one..sigh..im eagerly waiting now..if any of you guys has any update, please do update here.

Same Here. Those agents have no idea and therefore it makes the entire things unsure. However, this coronavirus causes any huge trouble in society and it is going to be a headache. Guys pls do update when you guys have any updates.

Thats why never make any shaddy deal that is not legally bound. Otherwise u have no one but yourself to blame if it turns out too good to be true.

We already have a lot of example of rumawip scam happen in Malaysia.

rumah selangorku... Nothing get built after they've paid 10% downpayment of RM25k. The land is still a green space. Very likely the developer already take the money and run away.

Why is my reply got deleted? This project is so fishy. People, stay away from it unless it is posted officially on RUMAHWIP website. One of the agent told me they will get the APDL license by April, looking from the other's comment, seem like they'll never get the license.
At the beginning, agent told me that they'll never get the 15k from us before the APDL license is out. But he eventually try to persuade me to pay 15k in order to secure a unit.
Idk. This is fishy, and if you're concerned. Please wait for official APDL license or check Rumah Wip website.

Sindiket ini juga mengeluarkan surat permohonan palsu dengan menggunakan kepala surat kementerian dan tandatangan pegawai yang palsu.
