Check your grab "message" section.
Grab will send warning/ reminder message to the app if grab received multiple complains on that particular riders. Dont bother to call grab office to find out details, they won't entertain any enquires on this matter. |

Anyone know how to contact Grab via phone or email? I can't chat with the customer service in app because my account susoended.
