I've never used Grab because I have my own transport.
But when I downloaded the app and tried to register, it failed and I tried to appeal but:

I've been using the app for years, and today surprisingly my rider account is suspended. The message given on the app is they found suspicious activity on my booking which is against their code of conduct blah blah blah. I swear I have done nothing "suspicious"!

I filed an appeal using their form, and usually how long does it take them to respond though the form mentioned 5 working days.

It Takes roughly 10 days to get everything sorted , best to email and push them also..

haha..just asking for ideas and tips before going to their CS ma..you know la you call their CS take forever to get it connect then suddenly line cut off pulak
maybe the driver complaint also kena banned one..
but so far it is always the other way round la..passenger complaint driver la

yea well it was a good 3 weeks without grab... tried my car , some areas are ok and some are not... i think still lack of drivers in my car... the only thing leceh was airport trips ,... had to rely on KLIA Express.... which is not bad because of the check ins.. but slightly more expensive than grab..

lets be responsible e-hailing riders and drivers... dont simply simply complaint , but yea the grab customer service is pretty bad at least for call center , emails also takes a few days to respond..

i keep getting that. selalu grab kena suspended but only 1 day jer la.

reason: keep cancelling driver.

kenapa cancel?

driver jauh sangat.
contoh u at bukit bintang. driver accept from cheras, balakong. lama gila mau tunggu

tak berkenan muka driver.
lol. blame me on this.

wish grab ada feature pilih driver mana you nak. biggrin.gif
