i paid on Friday.....Sunday on reflect

failed to pay tnb 7eleven with tng ewallet ...the staff said few customers couldnt get through bill payment also.
anyone encountered this also?

Last weekend paid Friday Sunday only reflect
But this weekend Friday paid and Saturday reflected
So can’t really say the trend

Same here. I reported an issue about the app yesterday, not sure if it is due to that.

There are sellers on carousell providing bill payment services, i was thinking can we pay tnb with this way.

wanna find out whether can pay tnb now... but even before reach that bill payment page already crash

Just double check, my payment @ PAM on 18/04, 22/04 & 24/04 still didn't reflect in myTNB.
Usually I seldom check, as it will reflect within 24 hours, but this time already a few days (since 18/04).

I suspect there is problem with the myTNB app as my daily reading has stopped updating.
