Today check again, mine payment on 23/04 (Fri) & 24/04 (Sat) still not update in myTNB.I contacted Pos Malaysia contact centre, they said have to wait 24 working hours (Sat & Sun consider non working hours), then submit a complaint again.
CS asked for payment screenshots.
I think I will wait till tomorrow (48 hrs) before submit a complaint.
