Recently I found out there are few housing development projects which I am interested but all of them are running by China developers. The construction will be completed by 2022 so those houses still under construction.

This is the first time I am going to buy property so I would like to ask for your kind opinions. Is it good to choose some China developers projects?

Where can we check the blacklisted developer name online? I am worrying it might be another case of the developer will run away and stop the construction of house after we booked and paid the money.

is it better to purchase house from those well known developers rather than those new coming china developers? Of course those well known developers' houses are much more expensive, I just worry those new coming china developers will run away with my hard earn money in the half way before completed their construction for the houses.
