Recently I found out there are few housing development projects which I am interested but all of them are running by China developers. The construction will be completed by 2022 so those houses still under construction.

This is the first time I am going to buy property so I would like to ask for your kind opinions. Is it good to choose some China developers projects?

Where can we check the blacklisted developer name online? I am worrying it might be another case of the developer will run away and stop the construction of house after we booked and paid the money.

China developers in this country is financially a lot stronger than local top tier developers; could take local top tier developers for breakfast.

instead of terang terang cina mari developer like Agile, many projects are JV (KL North Lake, Core Precious) with big big local names, but you and I know that the local partners are just the land providers.

KPKT can check blacklist developer name....
BUT developer usually will be malaysian company and main con is china company......
or if china company financially more stronger than local developer... they will joint venture and form a new developer company and there is another name for it.

U cannot escape from China contractor...

Definitely not mine. I am new and here is the first thread I opened for China property stuff.

is it better to purchase house from those well known developers rather than those new coming china developers? Of course those well known developers' houses are much more expensive, I just worry those new coming china developers will run away with my hard earn money in the half way before completed their construction for the houses.

A good track record is worth the premium
