The cooling period for limit increased is a bad thing imo. I kena before, so now I set all limits to maximum - defeating the purpose of cooling period to ensure our safety.

First you need to make sure your FPX transaction limit is set at max (50k). If it's not, do it now as there's a 12-hr cooling period.

What you guys are experiencing now, we experienced at 2 am, including an app update prompt. Best part is, minutes after 2am, app still said "outside operating hours"

Either use bank app (mae or sotong) or keep trying.

That's why I always said 12-hr cooling period is counter productive. It just makes users set limits to max, defeating the purpose.

Sharing my experience: don't buy max 30k one shot. It will ask to select source of fund from drop-down menu, but the drop-down menu will not be populated due to server issues.

Buy RM20k, no need to declare sof.



And he's assuming system is bogged down because everyone is buying at least RM100k, padahal it doesn't matter whether you buy RM50 or 30k.
