did 2 huge 6 figure withdrawals from asm3.
in dec to top up 2 epf accounts
in jan to pay downpayment for a prop
still need to withdraw another 100k for legal fees/stamp duty for the new prop... but this time will try from sspn first.
slowly emptying asm3 😥

need to withdraw again for stamp duty mot charges and legal fees. if withdraw today, i will lose 1 month interest?
if tommorow i think need pay 8% sst on fees ....😡
