Yes, just seen that but the markets do seem to have slightly less uncertainty in them at the moment. I do think that Trump needs to find a way to remove tariffs on China too. The problem is that Trump has made it personal and he will not want to suffer the loss of face if he drops tariffs on China.

China no more give face to Trump, serve him right.

This is probably the largest and fastest transfer of wealth

In fact, everyone can outperform the historical return by ALL in Maybank stocks which gives higher dividend surpassing the historical yield given.

And if you read the fine print , it is not capital guaranteed although it's fixed price
*
Pass 6 month maybank share value has been dip.

Yes dividend is high but lost on price.

With current geopolitical situation no one can tell whether it can maintain or continue dip.

Historically, Maybank dividend is ALWAYS higher than ASM return. Both move down in tandem

Don't forget Fund management charges
*
Is the share price that's a concern

Also let's not forget share transaction fee.

They lost some $$$ & need to cover back???

they planning some "strategic investment" which brings the $$$ or just using to pop up the local market...

Scenario 1
Massive collapse in the stock market which break the peg of RM 1 per unit. May be redeemable for less than RM 1. No capital guaranteed

Scenario 2
Zero dividend declared due to massive losses in stock market. You lost money due to inflation. Took risk for nothing

Other risks, please refer to Product Disclosure Sheet

Past performance is not an indication of future returns
*
This also applied to every market u investing, as long it hit the scenario mentioned all investment will failed.

It's depending on the amount being released - full 5bil or partial.... And individual caps - if have or not...

Finally MyASNB system can withstand the traffic or not.....

Personally, better do the buying transaction before the agent banks start operation 🙏

Suggestions around 3am to 7am timeline...

Hi, I recently noticed that ASB 3 Didik had better interest rates than ASM 2

Is it worth selling all my ASM2 and buying Didik? thanks

If yes why not?
