imo with asms being like a the non retirement age alternative to epf, im happy that withdrawals should be as hard and as tedious as possible, so that trigger happy people don't simply spend it away without thought...my two cents

Need some help here to verify info with ASNB a/c opening.

I'm trying to open the account with agent bank (MBB). The staff told me FP a/c is not open now. So I can only open the VP a/c for the time being.

She told me the minimum placement is RM1K. I thought a/c opening + min placement at most is RM110?

Another question: How easy it is to open FP a/c online after my VP a/c is set up?
