I will let go ASM3 early April n deposit into SSPN for 3 months to get 1% of ganjaran + 1% regular dividend(assuming 4% for 2021). Then withdraw this from SSPN on 1July to pay off debts. I have never use fd since all in to ASMx 10+ years ago, and ASMx is almost as good as cash.

if u r on a high tax bracket, the SSPN will nett you extra savings in tax reliefs

but subject to max RM 8,000 only

so if u r avg, a 21% bracket, u will save RM 1,680 in taxes... plus RM 320 (4% dividend) if u plunk in the money in january

so in total, u get 25% return on that RM 8,000

more if u are on higher bracket, and less if u r on lower tax bracket

u dont necessarily have to be a bumiputra to buy those units reserved for bumiputra

it has been discussed a few time before. u can scroll up or the previous threads. ASNB has different definition of who is eligible.

ASB2 & ASB3 is always available, alhtough occasionally they do sell out

but u just have to wait few hours to have some units available

that's why u see ASM2 & 3 allocations are usually not filled up.

that's why i keep saying, ASB1 dividend is just a mere 3.75%

A little out of topic, but would like to add, for SSPN from this month till Jun there is an additional 1% interest no questions asked if you deposit from March onwards, capped at RM8000 total (meaning deposit in RM800k fresh amount during this campaign).

I also question the sustainability and reasoning for this campaign. But anyway, I am doing it since it's for my tax relief purposes too

This is true for now and SSPN has only recently gained traction mainly with non-bumi.  However, give it a year or so and I believe they will tighten the withdrawal conditions, so stay informed.  I have only been depositing for the past 10 years and never did any withdrawal so far.  With the widened attention into SSPN recently, I plan to withdraw the whole chuck after July and then slowly build it up again depending on any changes in t&c if any.

But I don't have bank islam account.how do I withdraw? Go to counter?
