invested RM600 in RIA got RM25 + RM75 grab food voucher (x 2 me and wife)
invested via Kiosk on ASM and ASM 3 RM5k each got RM100 voucher (x 2 me and wife)
got x Maybank Tower Coin Box - invest RM100 in gold but did not win Ativa (x 2 me and wife)
got 2 x Upin & Ipin - open RM10 ASNB account for my kids and invested in ASM. Open account using MyKid via Kiosk quite fast
got 4 x umbrella from Sime Darby - small one nice!
got 2 x lloa llao voucher - open MyBursa account
got 2 x MSAM Tote bag and Umbrellar by collecting points
lots of door gift...
ppl there very nice and friendly
so damn cold - i thought the place will be pack but ok saja... quite spacious
i will go again next year if is nearby

in total the number of environment bag, tote bag, ikea type of plastic bag - counted got 30 pieces!! every booth will give u something if u fill up survey, answer some question, play some games...


the most unexpected is Ria - RM100 just like that... immediately invest there with our phone, immediately she bring out the Grab Voucher so we key in the vouhcer into our grab account. On the way back home, ordered Chagee with the RM25 voucher, order RM75 worth of grab food dinner for whole family...

Yaya got 2 biji tapi takut nak main and very hot la...we spend around 4 hours there saja from 10am to 2pm then cabut

2pm when walk out from the hall we saw the beautiful hot air balloon but the sun is streaking hot
Hot until to a point that you feel the heat can penetrate your skin... Imagine that type of hot

Anyway continue my story

I spend like 1.5 hour at ASNB booth and saw the following
1. A lot of ppl don't have asnb account and uses kiosk to open account - adult mostly woman
2. A lot of ppl open account for their kids
3. Some old ppl don't know use kiosk have to use counter service which I am very happy that ASNB prepare that for them
4. ASNB staff is really friendly except for the one at the redemption counter who is kinda rude - maybe ppl cheat gift, she ask me what I invest on I said ASM1 and 3, even have to show them the app and she can't ask politely
5. Best staff is the one from the Ria - very polite very demure and very cutesy - uncle learn TikTok slang yesterday. They play with my kids while I get the Ria done

45 mins in Maybank take some photo, invest in gold, get 2 x tabung

20 mins in takaful ikhlas as they giving out pencil case, my kids like it - play some games, blend some juice to drink it

20 mins in MyBursa - they give goodie bags with cookies kids like it

10 mins in some EV booth - fill up 4 survey got 4 goodies bag that contains - 1 hole puncher, stapler, notepad, staple and tape

The rest of the time hunting MSAM QR code to scan and randomly picking up gifts

Thanks to those who show me their PETRONAS card free gift and I use that to convince my wife to go else we won't even go there

Will be back for sure next year

just curious - does ASNB specifically ASM1,2 and 3 invest a lot in local banks? our local bank stock price and the dividend payout is quite good recently.. hopefully that translate into ASM dividend payout

regardless chinese / malay or indian all entitle for ASNB but depends on which fund
chinese can buy all except ASB
if chinese girl married malay guy auto masuk islam so she is entitle for ASB
even if not married also auto entitle as long as you masuk islam you entitle for ASB

during MSAM i found out that RIA if you deposit RM100k you could withdraw 100k via App no issue, it is not like ASM where only 2k per month via app

To be honest nobody interested with Ria...
Only me and my wife who sign up and during that 15 mins process nobody really come and sign up... Imagine the booth is just serving the 2 of us and then staff playing with my kids which I am really happy
The more I understand ria the more it is not making sense
They just combined a couple of their existing funds base on your risk appetite and nothing new
To them ria is just another channel to sell their variable funds
The only advantage I saw is the commission where you buy normal variable fund you will get charge like few % upfront but through ria they take 0.3% per year if not wrong

waiting to smell 5.00%

Better withdraw and just buy ASM1 now no point switch as too risky
