Means the skin is too tight and you cannot retract it fully behind the "head".. I think he's wondering whether that's the reason you're looking for circumcision.

Not really tight...more on the opp..too much skin..skin keeps coming back up after pulling it down..also not comfortable when wearing a condom..

Yup, I know a place you can get it done for almost free of charge! Hospital Melaka. Very simple, go to the Surgical Out-patient department and try to meet make an appointment. If not, just go to a clinic and get a referral. Simple procedure

She is actually partly right.. the foreskin is there to help produce a "gliding sensation" .. something that's gone permanently once you circumcise.

For hygiene purposes.. can't you just spend some time washing it once in a while?

I think you still dont get it correctly. The hygiene is because of the circumsize mechanism. It is not about you wash it everyday or every hour, once you still have the skin attach, you "head" gonna be wet, and moist, and increase greatly the chances of not clean. If no skin, your head sure gonna be dry, so it is gonna be clean too.
