Local anaesthesia and general anaesthesia. Local means you only numb the affected area, general puts you to sleep.

Basically preferably to do it at young age. Besides the circumcision purpose is for a cleaner & avoid stain to accumulate under the extra skin which need to clean. THe effect of circumcicion is it gives less pleasure to guy during intercourse. In short, it can pro-long your ejaculation period.

I did mine at a pj hospital since i was a kid and the doc skill not so good, it still can see some scars leave behind .
