helo guys.I just want to know how much it is going to cost u to undergo a circumcision process for a teenager around 20 years old.if i really plan to get it ,where i can undergo this process??.i think circumcision process is good and it will be usefull in future for health purpose.so anybody can help me here.
*
Well, financial cost aside, think about the long term psychological and emotional costs.

Why do you want to do it? You got a problem with your foreskin? The good for health excuse doesn't hold any water.

Hm well you'll have much lower risk to contract disease from an intercourse when you circumcised. But many people said circumsied also can effect your lil bro performance in bed...
*
Well, let's look at the diseases.

STD's: All sexually active individuals should be checked regularly for STD's. So, std's check.

Fungal, bacterial, viral, blablabla infections: Personal hygiene. If you clean it, you risk it alot less. Also, regular cleaning alerts you to any on comming infections, if you have something check it out. So, this one check.

What else?

These problems are all avoidable if the individuals involved are responsible, hygienic people.

Anyways, no point of getting a circum if you don't wash your shaft with water each time after done peeing.
Urine is a human waste...dirty and contagious.
*
True, but urine is considered to be fairly sterile until it comes with contact with outside contaminants. Contagious? What is it carrying for you to contract? Remember urine comes out of your, so if it came out with it, you have it.

Think of this, if your circumcised and when you're having sex, your penis can penetrate without much resistance. Some people's foreskin very tight around the head. Sometimes can't be pulled back. It would be very painful to have sex. Worst case scenario is the foreskins tears and bleeds....omg.
*
If you cannot retract your foreskin behind your penis head, usually you're gonna want to get a snipsnip done. There's really no two ways about this, then again one can always say "Imma bleed with my woman on the night we share our virginity!" but that's really... doh.gif

That the unique of it.
While it's inside us, it's not contagious...once it came out...it is.

i think circumcision will keep the "bro" clean.somemore look oso nice wat..loli heard storys that the foreskin will cause prob later in ur life.so better do circumcision rite..
*
Keeping it clean is a matter of personal hygiene, if you need to cut skin off to keep it clean, you have habbitual problems.

What problems? If you heard them, by all means share them.

i dun know la, coz i'm dun have problem with circumcision, for me, its the best way to keep our genital area healthy, a lot of problem can be avoided, in term of hygiene, disease (phimosis, paraphimosis, risk for ca penis etc) and also 'sexy'....
*
Hygiene? Soap and water. If you need a circumcision to keep your penis clean I'd hate to imagine what you'd need to keep yer butt clean.

Disease(s)? Examples?

Phimosis is not a disease, it's a defect.

Paraphimosis, do you know anyone who's actually had this happen? In anycase, it's not a disease.

Sexy? Subjective. Some people are attracted by rotting corpses, would you consider that sexy? Probably not.

up to u to call it disease or defect, its still a problem, and that problem permenantly can be avoided by circumcision.... i wonder why bro malaysianPotato too skeptical about circumcision,... or can i tell that the one who being negative about circumcision is actually afraid of it? hahaha, just kidding....
*
The majority if individuals with phimosis have it because it's something that happened during their developement. Having a circumcision doesn't mean you won't get phimosis, there are complications one can encounter with circumcisions which can cause secondary phimosis.

I'm not skeptical, if you want a circumcision by all means get one, but don't go saying "it's good for health, it's cleaner" and crap like that. Most of the so called advantages are only advantages because people lack basic personal hygiene. If you're gonna post what you consider to be "pro's" to circumcision, post the con's aswell.

Oh and hell yes I'm afraid of a razor slicing part of my penis off, any man who isn't afraid of losing part of their penis is either crazy, stupid or both.

QUOTE(Shi @ Nov 9 2007, 11:29 AM)
Actually is not so true... without foreskin, even after not bathing for two days... there is no smell as no urine is collected.

Having washed my foreskin for a good few years before circumcision, it is really hard to be clean especially the bottom part where the dirt collects and gets sticky or even all over the head as the slightest touch is too sensitive.

But after circumcision, I dont have to worry anymore!

Just imagine never having to cut your nails everyweek, or washing your hair everyday! That's how 'choppin' your foreskin feels!
*
If I had to go without a bath for 2 days chances are... The smell of my weener wouldn't be at the top of my priority list.

If you had a problem reaching areas, chances are your foreskin wasn't formed right. I've never gotten sticky(?) from the slightest touch(?). Since you mentioned being unable to reach certain areas, perhaps your heightened sensivity down there was a result of an infection?

After circumcision, you don't have to worry anymore? Well the majority of the uncircumsized don't have to worry about it to begin with...

So... If you're lazy... Slice it off? I find it hard to believe people are THAT lazy. If you have a physiological reason to cut it off, cut it off. If religion requires it of you, cut it off. Hell, if you think it looks better or just want to for fun, cut it off... But if you're lazy to wash it... What the funbucket... Why not jump off a bridge?

I assume you the tips of your fingers chopped off to avoid having to cut your nails and had your scalp removed so you don't have to wash your hair?

Local anaesthesia and general anaesthesia. Local means you only numb the affected area, general puts you to sleep.

Why people want to circumcise what god gave you ?

It not only desensitise , make it ugly and offer no protection. Furthermore, the color is not pinkish after few years.

You can clean it by pulling it up during shower.

Added on October 10, 2008, 12:51 am

Nonsense. Cancer prostate has nothing to do with whether you are circumised.
*
Subject to one's personal beliefs? Some religions say to circumcise, some don't.

It desensitizes it, sure, that's not necessarily a bad thing, subjective? Some people can't go as long and that helps, others can go all the way circumcised or not.

Protection... If you read the thread, you'll find that there are reasons to believe that circumcising does provide some level of protection. Though I don't really see what's the point, safe sex and STD screening should be standard with anyone who's sexually active.
Looks are subjective? Some people prefer it that way, other's don't. Color... Again, subjective.
