You should received a letter from developer and they will request money based on the different stages completion. Each stages of completion will request 5% or 10 % of the money from the bank then bank will charge the interest from the loaner. Example if bank had remit total 300K and you need to paid the interest from 300K. For my case, i still left 3 stages.

Could be the salesman mean we need to keep paying the progressive interest until the block C complete built. Now block C just starting built for few floors

i will PM you separately about this concern since not much first batch buyer in this thread. As per my understanding and awareness, a lot of first batch buyer is called to developer to complain but i think this approach is less effective because our voice doesn't reach to the top level management.

Yeah, they screwed up this project in Sg long but the opposite of the Lavender residence (Iris Residence) is quite good in the google review. One of their project in Semenyih call Kiara Plaza, google review rating also not bad.
