hey, I have also bought a unit at block A.
Not many of them discuss about this condo.
I remembered block A was fully booked on the first day it launched.
Visited their show room, is really nice.
The bad thing is developer website don't really update the progression, do you have more info? e.g. it is expected to complete by Q4 2017, etc?

I stopped visit the site few Months back. Last I went there, block b has completed the top floor.

Both tower reach top ady. Just sharing.

That agent only have permission to sell Block B, left 6 unit at that time (March 2017).

Iris Residence - 252 units
Camellia Residence (Hearsay half rumahwib)
All these 3 condo is same row, but Camellia futher away and lower elevation。

Landed:
Rafflesia Residence 3-Storey Semi-Detached houses and bungalow houses. Nearby Camellia Residence condo.

Hearsay is another condo.
Was told by agent before, when I asking any possibility 3rd condo coming next to Iris. He said guarantee no, who know now bomb out another Camellia Residence . That time. the agent said most high possibility 3rd condo will be located at entrance of the gate. You can double check with the agent.

Anyway, that area is the highest elevation amongst Sg Long, should be very good view. Just to make sure your view won't block by "Future" condo.

Better choose BMC condo

FYI, Camellia Residence is not under SYF. And the density ratio is very high compare to Lavender & Iris. 1.15ac land for 24xunits, U do the math. And the location of Camellia Residence is way below than Lavender & Iris and I would say not much of view can be enjoy from it...


Indeed, Lavender & Iris is the highest spot for Sg Long(at the moment). And Camellia Residence is NOT NEXT to IRIS. It is way below and according to my source, the highest level of Camellia will only reach Iris Residence carpark level (+- a bit)...

No doubt that Lavender and Iris are located at higher elevation, better position.

I don't wanna mention the name of the dev, cause a lot of my client are comparing camellia with lavender & iris, in term of pricing, but they always overlook other value from each of the projects...

Of course, each projects will have their own pros & cons too....

I will try to update here once I get the info for the high end properties on hand....

I went and see almost every other weekend. It seems to me that VP will only be possible until the iris structure is complete with the road ready.

Really pekcek paying interest every month now. Wanted to move in immediately. It seems like they have done everything inside the building

not the road to the building. it's still very muddy and i don't think you are interested to stay in since they're still building the 3rd phase.

Received call from the developer and stating that VP will remained in Q3, estimated month is July.

It is near August 2018 now and I don't think Lavender is ready for VP yet... Anyone has any update about it?

I see there's another bigger project under construction at a site slightly lower than Lavender/Iris... That's the 3rd condo? Higher end?

Went to their event at the site last week. Still selling iris around 80units left over.

The sales girl say vp for lavender is in Sept.18 but I doubt so.

Got a reply through whatsapp by the developer & said that VP maybe end of this year or the latest on 2019

Received updates from SYF that the road/infrastructure to the condo is done. whats next would be electricity and water facilities.

By the way, did they mention estimation month of VP to you as well?

I believe the deposit is for them to submit the form and for the respective party to install.

Nope. It's just a letter stating that the road infrastructure is completed.

What's the status now? Was told by the agent end of 2017, then 2nd Quarter of 2018, then Sep 2018, Dec 2018...last was told end of Jan 2019, now Feb 2019 ending soon...I went there last month, the exterior condition is very bad, imagine it looks like an abandoned building for few years. It's like buying a 2nd hand condo now, everything is just so rundown!!!

Guys, did you all received any letter from TNB for deposits payment?

Yes. Received yesterday night. I've paid the tnb and deposit to developer. This morning I call and ask. Developer guy told me they will help to pay this deposit to tnb and syabas in near future

So it means that we don't have to pay right? Cause I remembered we paid to developer couple of months back.

according to developer yes we no need to pay since we d made the payment to developer. they will help us to settle.

Landmark Residence supposed to complete in 2021 but I've got the key last year and rented out. Lavender supposed to be ready in Q3 2018 as per their website but until now no news. LOL!!! Well done SYF!!! So no point chasing/asking them, you know it's useless...

1. I signed S&P on Jan 2016. Now it's 3 years already but haven't got the keys. I have consulted lawyers opinion and according to them SYF will have to compensate in accordance to the amount as stated in the S&P.
2. I have even visited SYF office Kiara Susila on Jan 2019. According to them the unit should be available by Feb now awaiting for clearance letter.
3. I have also received the demand letter from TNB to pay the deposit and I am curious why SYF haven't paid on our behalf, I have called but no one answers.

How much is syf paying ? My snp signed on the month of November.
