FYI, Camellia Residence is not under SYF. And the density ratio is very high compare to Lavender & Iris. 1.15ac land for 24xunits, U do the math. And the location of Camellia Residence is way below than Lavender & Iris and I would say not much of view can be enjoy from it...

. That time. the agent said most high possibility 3rd condo will be located at entrance of the gate. You can double check with the agent.
Anyway, that area is the highest elevation amongst Sg Long, should be very good view. Just to make sure your view won't block by "Future" condo.
Indeed, Lavender & Iris is the highest spot for Sg Long(at the moment). And Camellia Residence is NOT NEXT to IRIS. It is way below and according to my source, the highest level of Camellia will only reach Iris Residence carpark level (+- a bit)...
