went to showroom, almost all the 3 Room units reserved, ask my agent help me keep on eye on the available chart until got unit got release haha XD

Block B, start external finishing now. Developer claim the 10% disbursement soon...
Block C, can see they start build at level 16th now...

Good Progress...

The sales seems good after they revised the package.

Sunday left one 1483sq ft... but I decide to get 1665sq ft... now I think that’s too big for me.. hahah

You stay for your own?? If yes, then is really huge for single person but you can rent out some rooms to the UTAR student.

i selected the 1717sqft unit and is very spacious for my family.

If i'm not mistaken, should be around 530K - 550K for the 1469 sqft unit. Only for reference.

is good to paid a visit to the show room

Rebate 10%, free all legal fees & stamp duty. Price is way too cheap enough for the rebates

Quick question, why price per sqft is cheap? SA told me the land owned by owner itself. I was like okaaaayy. Didn’t ask much after that.

Sales tak laku.... If the project sell like hot cakes, i don't think they will reduce the price.

Initial price for my units (1717sqft) is 700K after the rebate and now you can get it around 620K+- after the rebate if not mistaken.

I signed SNP after 3 months then they reduce the price!!!!

Now my price can take the biggest unit which initially i want to book for. Due to the budget, i'm only choose the 1717 sqft unit that time. 1945sqft unit near 800K++ but now you can get it around 700K++


Yeah, i already logged my complaint to the developer

what is the maintenance fees psf for this project? big unit i assume maintainance fees should b 500-600 per month?
