Hi guys, i've noticed something weird on my google account today.

I have been using the same 118.xx ip address for 4 days and have not left the house or connected to 4G

Today I was checking active devices of my google account and found the IP address of my phone is not the same as my random public dns?

And it is a IP address that I can access through a browser, and it asks for the login information.

If I google what is my ip address i still get the same 118. ip from 4 days ago, but it's only changed once it goes to google services..

Anybody knows whats going on?

Hi, does anybody know why my ip address on the router is different from the one google seems to think i use on my devices?

If I google whats my ip i get the same one as in the router

I was recently in ipoh and both of the ip addresses shown by google were the actual ipv6 ip addresses, same as google

When i came back to KL, i'm only getting these random ipv4 addresses under my device security page

Anyone having issues with MS Teams? Speedtest is 700mbps but can't sustain a video call.

Hi guys, I got another question.

These past few days I noticed the TEL light on my modem blinking when there is no incoming call or anyone using the house phone.

When I pick up the phone I hear nothing, not even a dial tone.

This is happening a few times a day now

I do not notice anything wrong with the internet, router says it connected and to the same IP as before the TEL light started blinking

What could be the cause of this ya? Anyone else face this issue before?

does unifi block encrypted dns traffic?

i am using cloudflare ipv4 and ipv6 dns on my router but this is very confusing to me.

when i open 1.1.1.1 app on my phone, it doesn't say that i'm using cloudflare dns even when it used to

also, when i check the dns ip in phone wifi settings it shows my router default ip instead of dns, why is this ya?
