hey guys, anyone has issue loading media on twitter? both pc and devices also take forever to load. On 4G, I've no issues at all.  cry.gif

yap, happens every few weeks haha, try and enable ipv6 and it should not lag 80% of the time. Unusable on ipv4.

I've been complaining to tm since august but they refuse to admit any fault.

ipv6 was already enabled by default.  sad.gif

Ah I see, cloudflare or google dns? Are you able to set the dns for ipv6 too? The issue is when the media request is sent through an ipv4 dns to an ipv4 cdn. Happens sometimes on ipv6 too but not a lot

twitch is like 500ms ping for me. Game like csgo no issue. Android game like mobile legends ping is like 300ms.

For me, when i disabled ipv6 ping became better, but it could have been caused by changing my ip address. In the 60.48 range now, no issues with ML

Hey guys, today I was experiencing above average lag and ping spikes on my network and saw that I was assigned to a 203.106 IP address.

I’ve never seen this range before, and when googling it said that this was a streamyx throttled range... is this true ?

It’s working fine again now fortunately - don’t see how DNS would affect streaming speed though - surely they still resolve to the same IP?

Now running fine @ 2160P again, maybe because others have gone to sleep!

For me, if I change dns server, ip would also be reset. Maybe he got a better routing ip

Sifus, I’m having issues accessing my remote server for plex, their customer service asked me to ping plot to see if I have double nat

On my ping plotter I see my router and my modem ( with a public ip ). Can anyone confirm if this is normal? The name of the modem is some weird ip but when I click on it it shows the public ip.

I always thought it is the router that managed the nat translation and just bypasses the modem

Anyone experience slow speed internet for online games? Mine play COD MW on PS4 and my latency is 200++. Before this around 20-60 only.

Rubber banding and bullet travel not registered here and there  doh.gif

My COD is still withing 40ms on PS4, but my fortnite is gone

Keeps disconnecting and ping more than 200ms with 20-50% packet loss

Anyone else having issues on fortnite ?

Same issue here with Fortnite. Although ping stabilizes sometimes, still get the yellow and red cross errors and 20-50% packet loss. Unplayable.  sad.gif
*
That’s sadddddd

My friend on maxis is getting 20ms zero packet loss to the Japanese server.

I can’t even access epic games store to claim free games 😢

Fortnite sometime can connect, sometime cant. When can, theres around 4-8% packet loss with ping ranging around 90 good days to 220 on usual days. I end up use maxis hotspot from my phone je to play. ping90 but playable and consistent
*
For me, on the good days with 90 ping there is no packet loss. Only if ping above 110ms

That's just you
My WAN IP has been constant for 2 weeks, I have no wireless disconnection, only international slowdown because of the broken underwater cable
Other than that, my internet is working smoothly without any hickups

Same WAN IP for almost 14 days, only had to restart my router because of a firmware update released on 26 March 2020

Hello, I’m using an ASUS router too, today as I was streaming YouTube I noticed the wan led change to red for a few seconds and back

I did not notice any loss of connection as I was streaming but does this normally happen when changing ip? I’ve never seen this before so I’m confused.

Mine didn’t load when I was on 175.xxx ip. Restarted and works on 115 ip.

There are many complaints on twitter too, I think it’s an ip block issue this time
