New installation now doesn't get FWS, DP black cable straight to ONT. Once cable broke, need to replace the entire length.

No I don't think they have to replace the entire length. The installation crew have with them a portable fiber optic splicing kit. Search for "fiber optic splicing" on Youtube.
I saw them using a fusion splicer on one visit at my uncle's place.

Cloudflare VPN via Wireguard protocol.(The latest vpn protocol with minimal resource required, super performance efficient)
No private alone, still share with alot of users, but with wireguard protocol can get 90% of speed rather than like Openvpn or something else.(if server bandwidth no saturate)

I suggest who want to build your own private VPN in 2020,please use protocol can eat full speed.

Nord has their modded version of Wireguard called NordLynx

On here Nord states

The WireGuard protocol alone can’t ensure complete privacy. Here’s why. It can’t dynamically assign IP addresses to everyone connected to a server. Therefore, the server must contain a local static IP address table to know where internet packets are traveling from and to whom they should return. It means that the user's identity must be stored on the server and linked to an internal IP address assigned by the VPN.

Based on my limited knowledge on networking, I supposed my Asus router can't according to this post?
I better cancel my order now. Thanks for the reminder. It seems like vlan trunking is proprietary to cisco according to my research 🤔

If I remember correctly, Asus' stock firmware doesn't allow for scripts. With a 3rd party firmware you can run scripts and enable multiple custom VLANs and much more

Dear Forumer / blacktubi

Would like your guide how to setup network as per the diagram I show in attachment. Would like to watch Unifi STB via switches instead router.

Hope anyone can enlighten me ya.

Thanks a lot.

I'm thinking port 4 on your router cannot be just VLAN600. You'll need to configure your router so that port 4 is a trunk port for both VLAN500 and VLAN600.
