I don't have Netflix but having problem with Reddit very slow and videos on Reddit stuck at loading and can't play...

Guys wta do you turn off your modem and router everyday when not in use or do you guys just leave it on 24/7???

But worried about the lifespan of the device, thought if turn it off at night the lifespan will be longer? Or no difference?
