Is Unifi suppose to be free during MCO? Why I keep receiving bill for March and April? Should pay or ignore?

I bought 15m of Cat 7 white cable ( with 2.5 mm thickness ).
Still only 70-80 Mbps on LAN from Dlink DIR-878 (connected to BTU).

Its on forums that I realise some DIR-878 has been known to run at max 100 Mbps.
I chat with them. They reset port & can measure 300 speed.

Non-standard wiring. Wire above the road broke once by a big truck last year. Not covered by TM. Had to pay (iirc RM200+) to reconnect the wire. Now having stability issue because the plug/splitter/connector might have come loose due to weather and fallen tree branches. Recommended to rewired the whole section from the pole into my house...~100+ meter from the DP

I am having this problem : - Everytime when there is a thunderstorm my unifi modem will get PON blinking then LOS red led blinking, i lost internet for whole night but on morning it's back online - PON green solid led.

I report the problem on 100 hotline twice, but technical case just get resolved overtime and never came to check the cables at all - I even asked for it.

Anyone had this issue before? I suspect my fibre cable / port on the tiang gets wet and breaking the connection.

Here are my latest finding if you are heavy users and use your own modem for UniFi it's possible that your mac address has been throttled by TM .I got another 1 friend same case like mine on 800 Mbps

Change the username also didn't help and surprisingly switch back TM Modem TP-Link fix the capping issue .

Had to do AP mode for third party hardware

It looks like TM put QOS speed on third party modem hardware for those heavy users.

Just  quick question. I have been several years with UNIFI. I live in a condo - maximum of 50mbps. My condo has Time cable installed. Can TM leverage on TIME infra? I chatted with support, but they asked me to go to TMPPOINT.  I am paying RM179 just for 50mbps.

Today Unifi installer coming to install my Unifi, have any installation fee(standard) to pay them?
Or TM will charge me on 1st bill.

I've just subscribe to Unifi Fiber 30mbps before raya. The official new router come from TM (Aztec brand) has limited configuration and small coverage of wifi (wall inside my house is thick)

Can I ask some suggestion for other router (budget below 200 or cheaper) to replace current router? Used or older model also can.

as i stated, the problem with the router is limited configuration. even cannot change channel. that's why i'm looking for other option.

i know there's different between 2.4 and 5.0, the problem is even 2.4 cannot cover between living room and bedroom (i live in apartment)

true getting 2nd router as AP can solve the problem, I'm considering that option too.

i just want to replace the crappy router from tm.
