You guys got experience with parcel status was changed to delivered but never received the parcels ka?

I bought items (lucky just RM81) from Shopee and the delivery was by Shopee Xpress (the only option), and at 8pm I received a notification that my parcel was delivered, and nobody knocked my door:


The time was a bit suspicious since it was 8pm, maybe the delivery guy malas nak kerja already and decided to send tomorrow?
From your experience, should I asked for a refund already, or wait until tomorrow?

The stupid thing is there is no option to report in Shopee Xpress website. No proof sent to my home too.

The items are kiddy toys for my nieces, kinda spoiling everyone mood liao.

Possible, the company/branch has to hit the KPI so sometimes, they will mark it as "delivered" and then deliver 1st thing by tomorrow morning.

This, used to experienced this before. Heard from a poslaju posmen that they can only claim OT if all the parcel in their van is delivered. Should be apply to most of the other company.

My experience, item is out for delivery ... wait 2 day baru sampai.

usually if regular send parcel,

just ask him drop inside,

or leave at guard house,

or use collection point drop box

or COD

or buy at shop

or don‘t buy

if live far kampong area, better just ask your town buddy use their address

or send to your rural town petrol station

I'm guessing is the delivery guy sign receive on your behalf to maintain their KPI.

mdrop means your parcel is droppes into your mailbox (or throw into house compound).

No worry bro, been in similar situation before with other courier.

Maybe a mistake in address by you or the courier. Just send them an email asking for proof of delivery.

In my case, they will send a soft copy of the acceptance receipt signed by someone (with IC) like how you receive a parcel.

Check if the details such as address is correct and who is the recipient. If confirm their fault then proceed to escalate.

just had the same situation earlier today. no hand2hand pass suddenly delivered.

to make things worse. the item pack already torn and missing 2 items out of 3.

Poslaju never done this to me.
But citylink habe, not exactly the same but similar case la.

It's something like this - stuck in transit no delivery for 5 days, refuse to deliver or even call coz I don't have proper home address, so in the end I had to collect at office myself.

The shady part was, all of those commotion in the 5 days was reflected on their tracking site.

But as soon as I collected it, balik rumah, checked the tracking site again (official webpage)....

They tampered with the tracking history in the site wei, WTF.
They made it look like delivery completed in 3 days without issue.

Yes. I will contact the delivery person since we are given his/her contact, to make sure they don't send to the wrong place. I do receive the packet few moments later, or at most the next day.

Though, my confidence in shopeexpress diwndles every time due to this delivery without verification bullshit.

even if status is received, on your end still need to confirm received item only shoppee will release payment to merchant.. so if your case, if you didn't receive, you can ask for refund from shoppee if the date is overdue and item not received.

Exact same thing happened to me.

Tracking system updated to "Parcel Received" but I swore no one came. Raised a dispute case with the seller and I haven't got follow-up for 6 months.

Just experience this today from poslaju, marked received but not received anything. Will call poslaju tomorrow.

luckily the posman go there and retrieved to me after i call them

My updated delivered on 13th but untill today not receive my parcel. May I know what's cause this? My house have CCTV & clearly no delivery ppl come to my house on that period. Those who unlucky facing this issue, can't do anything at all?

Google for the same issue and came here. Mine was updated to delivered when I didn't received any call from Shopee Express. Waited for few days already but still didn't received. Submitted refund, let's see how it goes.

Got many times. Always with Shopee. They marked as delivered but items only delivered after 1-2 days. If not satisfied, only way is to report the item missing after the delivery date.

i kena before. very angry too.

log a complain report to shopee with all the details.
they should come back to you in less than 2 weeks.

item delivered in j&t tracking but i didn't get
end up request refund, few days later got back my money already, luckily it's less than RM100 item

My parcel, most of the time they signed themselves.

Father received they signed "Bapa"

Mother received they signed "Emak"

Maybe they delivered to wrong address? Maybe they sent it next door? Happened to me recently.
