 Parcel Said Delivered, but No Received

You guys got experience with parcel status was changed to delivered but never received the parcels ka?

I bought items (lucky just RM81) from Shopee and the delivery was by Shopee Xpress (the only option), and at 8pm I received a notification that my parcel was delivered, and nobody knocked my door:

The time was a bit suspicious since it was 8pm, maybe the delivery guy malas nak kerja already and decided to send tomorrow?
From your experience, should I asked for a refund already, or wait until tomorrow?

The stupid thing is there is no option to report in Shopee Xpress website. No proof sent to my home too.

The items are kiddy toys for my nieces, kinda spoiling everyone mood liao. mad.gif

Kid punya toys lah. Mini drone usb chargeable, sesuai untuk budak budak around 6yo. 2 nieces 1 nephew. Beli 3.
