No worry bro, been in similar situation before with other courier.
Maybe a mistake in address by you or the courier. Just send them an email asking for proof of delivery.
In my case, they will send a soft copy of the acceptance receipt signed by someone (with IC) like how you receive a parcel.
Check if the details such as address is correct and who is the recipient. If confirm their fault then proceed to escalate.
