I've been leaving it with all settings on but with DND set for 11pm-7am. It's about 4% to 5% drain overnight which is acceptable but during the day when the phone is idle the battery drain is pretty high compared to my Redmi Note 7 which is my office phone. I won't even bother comparing it to my previous iPhone 11 Pro Max or indeed OP7 Pro

Yes, that sounds about right if using the stock charger. Wireless charging has always been relatively slower compared to wired. If you're up for it, can always get a third party super fast wired charger to spice things up.

Turn of Auto Brightness feature and set your brightness level between 30-40%. Also turn on dark mode for all apps that support it. Your screen will be in good hands.

It's usually bad when we are in area with poor network coverage and the phone constantly needs more power to search for networks. Otherwise all is good and normal.

The other factor to consider is that if you are on WiFi more, then your battery life would be better compared to if you are on mobile network.
Actually I'm beginning to concur with the others here that have expressed experiencing poorer signal strength on the Note 10+. I'm also noticing this compared to the S10+ and the Note 9 that I've owned previously. I hope it's something Samsung can fix it with a software update in the near future.

Same here, also on dual sim therefore the idle battery consumption is slightly higher than normal but still enough for 1 full day of use. I'm going to let the phone full optimise before checking the optimum SOT times I can get.

It's been many years since I used a case mate phone casing. I like their refine ecstatic look and feel but somehow it didn't last very long for me.
It's safe to remove the case and use the phone naked in the comfort of the home. Can't say the same when using outside of the house.

my usage is simple. i am on whatspp, tapatalk,youtube, facebook and instagram almost 70%. the rest web browsing and camera like 1% only. din even make use of the dolby surround sound. then AOD also off. i mean i turn off most of the flagship function which in turn other than the camera there is basically no difference to a casual user like me compare to let say other midrange phones. The only reason im holding on to the phone is coz the pre-order deal was good. then the s-pen. i sign lots of documents via PDF so this device gets most love from me compare to others.

only thing is, whenever i see how Apple perform on their battery with the 11 lineup, i kinda have this mix feeling. but i can't afford to go to IOS. too many things have been committed to android eco system and google. can't loose that one. so just hoping samsung will do something about this thing. like seriously. a flagship powerhouse should have its battery the least of our concern.

i mean how could the 11 even have its bluetooth on all the time and reserving battery at stand by for 9 hours without dropping a single percent? hahaha

Testing oneUI 2.0 on my S10+. So far quite good with the system wide dark mode. There are a number of changes with the apps settings layout and especially device care maintenance. Will update further after playing around more.

so far, i have not connected the phone to the pc. seems like no need for me. coz if movies, i will just download via torrent to the gallery. so easy. with apple its easy too but involved lots of fulus hahahah. but yeah, ip11 is killing it!

Like I mentioned many times before, Samsung should better be doing something to improve on Samsung Experience. As promised by Samsung themselves, they plan to make Samsung Experience "as close as possible" to stock android. Everyone knows that Samsung heavily laces stock android with their own apps and features which makes the whole experience more enjoyable (to some people) but then again this "Bloats" the whole ecosystem.
The problem lies in Samsung's own native apps and features are running constantly in the background, collecting user data, location etc and this is working concurrently with Google's own apps which are doing the same. With both sides from Google and Samsung that are constantly running in the background, this explains the bad battery life and battery drain on Samsung phones and this has been an issue ever since.
If Samsung is still adamant on running their own ecosystem, there would be no end to this issue and hence that is why I wont use a Samsung as my daily driver (though I would own one). There are just too many issues, some big and some petty ones which annoys the heck out of me.
Some users have resorted to purchasing certain apps to disable many native Samsung and Google apps on their phones but this actually destroys the whole user experience if you ask me. We pay so much good money for a flagship, I want it to work right out of the box. No need for tweaks here and there.

Samsung's own Exynos chipset also seems to be part of the issue. Somehow or rather, SD always have a 'better' chipset that outperforms the Exynos in both performance and battery life.

Samsung has to come up with a better FW and better chipset for an overall better user experience.

Anyone turn on the double tap to wake feature?

I tried turn on the feature, shut when I put into my pocket, it always activated. So it is very hassle that I will need to pick up the phone again from my pocket and lock the screen again. I did also turn in the accidental touch feature. But seem like it is useless. =(

compared my note 10 with another person, he unplug morning until 5pm he got 70% left

and i got 35%, thus i just reformat the whole phone, cross fingers tomorrow will be better

his phone is like hotline, calls almost non stop
