Ok la, I was willing to pay 3K for a used one at some point but since can get a new one for just RM88 more I figured why not. To be honest I was gonna go for the Mate 20 Pro at 1699 had Shopee chosen not to honour that RM1111 voucher for the Note 10+
How’s the phone so far bro? Mine is still stuck in the box. Haven’t had the time to migrate over from my iPhone yet. I need a weekend to do it and I was pretty busy last weekend. Will do so this weekend.
Don’t buy in everything you read on DXO bro, hahaha. That said though, I think there’s very little to choose between the cameras of the Huawei, Samsung and iPhones... it could boil down to personal preference. They (Huawei) do have the more capable telephoto lens without question...

I personally dont care about DXO Mark. As long as the phone can take good photo and its good enough.

I think most highend phone can take good enough photo, its just which one you prefer more only imo

The fingerprint sensor is really slow compare to n9.

But on the other hand, face recognition is faaaaaast. Mostly accurate but sometimes when I wear hat is a hit & miss too.

But still 1st in selfie even with "just" 10MP.  108MP is really overkill though it actually use 27MP most of the time. And if Samsung actually use the sensor for S11, it will be interesting since Samsung processing is different. And if the leaks are true, the S11 will also have 5 sensors at the back. 
It supports both PDO & PPS and supposedly 45W too but 25W is all it can do with the Note 10. But it's good enough for the price.

Yes the 11 Pro Max is heavy - but it makes up for that with the stellar battery life. 

Credit where credit is due though, the Note 10+ is impressively light for it's size. Even the OP7 Pro  feels much heavier by comparison.

If you have edge app enabled then sometimes will activate the edge instead. My edge shortcut on right so I always swipe from left to avoid this issue

No, the S10+ does not come with the LED notification. You will have to use Edge Lighting+ and third party app like Holey Light or AOD Notify to enable it on the double punch hole.

For the Note 10+, can easily turn on by enabling Edge Lighting and select black hole effect. Hope this helps ✌

Actually, the S10e was the best compact phone for me.
However the Note 10 hits the best of both worlds for being both compact and having big screen.

Same here, but unfortunately battery mAh matter for endurance to get us through the day. Just read that the S11+ might ship with a 5000mAh battery. Hopefully the rumours would be proven to be true.

Now having the Note 8 and Note 10. Just random photo taking using default. Couldn't see much difference between the 2.

Somehow the Note 10's screen aren't as sharp. Need to compare further.

One thing is clear, the Note 10 have superior sound quality.

I think battery capacity counts for nothing if Samsung doesn't address the standby battery drain during idle. Sadly after a week of using the phone, this aspect of the Note 10+ still annoys me. Like it did for the S10+. Or the Note 9. Or the S9+. Or the Note 8. Or the S8+. I think you see my point, hahaha..

If you want close to excellent battery performance, I suggest you join our Bro TOMEI-R and adopt the forbidden phone.
Give yourself about 2 weeks for the built in AI to learn your usage patterns and fully optimise the phone. The battery endurance will most definitely improve, just wait and see.

Yes, that sounds about right if using the stock charger. Wireless charging has always been relatively slower compared to wired. If you're up for it, can always get a third party super fast wired charger to spice things up.

Turn of Auto Brightness feature and set your brightness level between 30-40%. Also turn on dark mode for all apps that support it. Your screen will be in good hands.
