Yup, I tried to call them to ask if I can personally pick up if they are not gonna deliver but no one picks up.

I was checking my warranty and it's registered 19-20 days ahead of time! I feel cheated...

I will be going to samsung center LYP this evening for extended warranty and the free engraving. And i will certainly raise this early registered warranty issue with them.

I wonder if TechMall is an authorised Samsung dealer? They should be, right?

Accurately Lazada is half scam now. Go their Facebook and you will notice plenty complain.

I also face issue last time and took me 3 months to settle it.

Since that time, I always go for Shopee.

My unit from techmall too note10+, i already applied for redeem so far no problem

Well now it can last 1 day and around 3 to 4 sot. So I'm happy with it for now. Already done reset twice, too much work haha

They claim those gift so can sell your phone cheaper. Not many ppl know about the gift.

Tell me how your warranty went. I going samsung experience store later for warranty as well

Just came back. Bought a RM280 extended warranty with screen protection.

As for the earlier register warranty, don't worry. If anything happen *ketuk kayu*, they will refer to the shop receipt from where u bought before.

Like my case, i bought the phone on 11.11. I received the invoice from techmall lazada dated 13.11.19. My warranty was started from 7.11.19. So the samsung SC just amend my purchase date to 13.11.19 in the system.

For those whose imei already been used to redeem the free gift, well, tough luck. Try talk to the seller as Samsung SC couldn't do anything about this.

Actually I think it largely depends on the sellers. I’ve bought a number of gadgets from Lazada - including mobile phones and tablets - and haven’t had any issues with them so far.

This was my first mobile phone purchase from Shopee though and the delivery leaves much to be desired - although I’m fully aware it isn’t the seller’s fault

How's the buds during call? A lot people complained about the tunnel effect and unclear voices which made it a deal breaker for me.

For me its ok no big issue, the importance is i still can hear surrounding sound when i using it, normal bud or Bluetooth will block everything
