i got it from the HSBC credit card

I also already applied the Lazada Citibank card and received it 2 weeks ago. If i made this purchase >RM2000, i would be entitled for another RM500 voucher

If i remember correctly, last year during 11.11, Note 9 was RM2,699 (rrp 3699). And then the price went up to around RM2999-3100 for a while, before it goes back down to RM2699 again during black friday and cyber monday.

The HSBC almost took 1 month to get the card. While Citi around 2 weeks. The approval processing is in 2-3 days.

After strugling with oos for 30 minutes, now i can go to sleep peacefully

I will be going to samsung center LYP this evening for extended warranty and the free engraving. And i will certainly raise this early registered warranty issue with them.

Just came back. Bought a RM280 extended warranty with screen protection.

As for the earlier register warranty, don't worry. If anything happen *ketuk kayu*, they will refer to the shop receipt from where u bought before.

Like my case, i bought the phone on 11.11. I received the invoice from techmall lazada dated 13.11.19. My warranty was started from 7.11.19. So the samsung SC just amend my purchase date to 13.11.19 in the system.

For those whose imei already been used to redeem the free gift, well, tough luck. Try talk to the seller as Samsung SC couldn't do anything about this.

This is sucks. Hopefully u get it before this 24th, so that u can claim the free gift

I have to buy extended warranty and premium tempered glass because i have 2 very naughty and active small son at home my previous note 8 and note 5 sudah crack byk kali...luckily got warranty.

Btw, every year, towards the end of the warranty, i'll purposely go to samsung center and ask for a new battery replacement, and screen panel for free and this can make my device last for another 2 years at least

Just tell them, the battery not even afternoon already going to flat, and the screen display is getting yellowish.. They won't question more after that. Straight away go inside and replace them. Been doing that with my last note 8, note 5, wife's note 9 and s8. Lololol

Funny things is, this trick was being taught by their own staff. Samsung has the best after sales services in the country or the world. Every year they have huge provision for the parts and repair. It would be a waste if we didn't fully utilized the warranty period given.

My note 8, i only asked for battery replacement, but they also change the mobo and the camera modules.

Maybe la. Haha... when i asked them why changed the mobo as well, they say the mobo got karat2 a bit, make the battery drain faster.

Try go to other center. So far my visit to Samsung Center Lowyat Plaza never dissapoint me.

The RM1,111 off voucher was from the official Samsung store itself in shopee. Of course they can afford to give such rebate because they have provision and budget under their promos and marketing.

Even they give such discount also, they still untung because the real cost of each device is less then half of the RRP.
