i have one question about my N73 ME , my firware is V3.07.05 do i need to update to newer version ? is it a must or optional ?

for me i will not flash to latest firmware if nothing wrong with my hp.
if they fix either these issue i will flash for sure:
>camera flash can be off
>camera snap sound can be off
>night shot purple thing
>more bass in speaker
>system more faster.no laggy.
>can uninstall themes in app. manager
>gallery photo can browse by folder when press the pic button.

but new firmware did improve o fix something
so it is recommend to flash.
latest firmware add A2DP.

I always update my firmware to the latest..Must update to from V3 to V4..Since they fix many bug and adding feature between them.

i dun think can update frm V3 to V4 now. if update using nokia software updater, they'll update with the latest firmware now which is v5.

Latest now is V4.0736.3.2.1...Still under V4 firmware group..

Question: Are the unrecognized GPS receivers now recognized in this latest firmware?

Many users feedbac that unrecignized GPS receiver on previous firmware, now can detected by the new firmware..

Where can i download it??

Hi, Just got the N73 ME for my wife as a Birthday present, hope to spend some time here discussing on it..

question on backup.

1. when synchronize n73ME using NokiaPCsuite, it synchronize with MicrosoftOutlook is it??
2. when backup phonememory to cardmemory, what actually is backup? is it contacts, calendars, notes, what else ?
3. Does it backup To-Do list, anniversary, memo, notes as well ??
4. we can choice which one we want to back up or it will automatically backup all into one file ?

But the program not real time update..Update on each time program open only..

hey. just wanna check i installed the Nokia Maps... on my Nokia N73.. only can simulate the maps. is there anyway to connect to GPS Satellites? as i search but it keeps asking to on bluetooth to search devices then later doesnt returns anything. please advise thanks

dude, n73 does not come with built in GPS. u'll have to get a blue tooth GPS.
