how many days after you applied the card? maybe i need to wait 7 days before shooting a complaint email

RM10 minimum balance has been waived effective 10 Dec 2019.

They revised their term ady...dunno will refund us RM10 o not.

Why refund?
RM10 was always at account balance (-RM10 for available account balance). Now RM10 is released to available account balance.

only way is pressured from BNM whereby the RM10 was "reserved" but not usable. from BNM's Jabatan Konsumer dan Amalan Pasaran's point-of-view, this seems non-compliance on certain guidelines

i don't think they will block all GP, they only block when they feel something fraud...

if convert in fave 125 = RM1, so one month u can get RM120 free lunch...
if convert to AA special flight offer, more savings u can get...
they smell something fishy, keep getting free Big points from them...
imagine everyday get 500, u can easily get 15k points every month, even HLB AA only can get free 5k only in 3 months...

Is it first card Waiver is eligible for all new user? Or also depend on quota since they launch it since 1st of the month?

Bigpay did accept prepaid card to top up in 2018, but now their system will check the first 6 digit of a card number first to identify if it is a credit card or debit card issued by a bank in Malaysia. Prepaid cards are no longer accepted.

1 Jan until now not receive yet. Maybe first timer to do bank transfer.

I have the habit of putting transfer detail every times I do some transaction. Be it bank or e-wallet. So far, never receive any call for all transfer from day1. pheww~
