Yes. For me, using CC is not a must but a bonus only. The card benefit is more important, eg CIMB-Lazada 15% rebate on Lazada transaction in the past.

I had some transactions in May but the waiver is not posted, I assume it is a technical error at Gopayz, relax for a while, then I will see the waiver soon.

Perform at least 1 retail transaction.
Eg pump petrol 10 Sen, pay electricity RM1 (MyTNB, SEB Cares), I did it long time ago for AirAsia Big Prepaid card to avoid the monthly inactive fee.

Gopayz is really good, it accept all the debit cards and prepaid cards including CIMB-Lazada Prepaid and Bigpay (but Bigpay will reject the transaction).
No need credit card to top up.

If you want 1 transaction, use SEB Cares, can pay minimum RM1 to your Sesco account.

MasterCard yes.
Check your settings at Gopayz App, you may have blocked certain types of transaction.

You can test. Then call PB to get the MCC and check T&C.

P/S: I don't use PB debit card to top up Gopayz recently.
