seems like other that bp -> gpayz can save some withdrawal fees, there is no use of this wallet.

The caller is from the risk management department. She has to make sure and verify if the transfer transactions are genuine. They are not from the survey department, so why they need to know the reason.

When I asked her why we can't use the card for online transactions, she tried to avoid the question and asked me to call the customer service department.
