FrozenLagend, I know nothing can be fix by telling my experience here. And that is not my intention. My last week complain to CS, still they do not address it properly. I just post here to let others know so call real world customer experience. (before I subscribe to Izzi, I did my homework by reading every single post in this topic, but at that time (past tense), customer satisfaction seem pretty high. In reality, not everybody trust what the salesman, reseller and their official website information. Sometime we need actual customer feedback regarding that specific product. Perhaps, other customer enjoy their 1 mbps and keep quite. who know.)
Izzi know who I am. My registered email to their system is expertester, I even mentioned in my complain email regarding my post here. I just use my right as a fully paid customer. What the heck, they still do not fix my problem since november...even with my latest complain last week (19 Jan). Huh, telling me that their manager will call me next monday and put my complain in highest priority...i believe just to comfort me. No body from izzi called me and to be honest, I never hope their manager will call me lol.
If you think I am not an educated poster, let it be lol. It doesn't affect to my paycheck what so ever
