lucky you to get free upgrade. 3 complain has been submitted but hear nothing from them yet.
my download speed a bit better than before but at night...it still capped at 50% at best. Funny thing... 20% and 50% keep alternately ... let say 10 minutes. I realize this things via non-stop monitoring network activity (vista task manager - network). Saturday and Sunday morning till evening, the speed is good. Could be say almost 100%. But night....kaputs. At least better than before which keep dc and time out. Last night...the speed ok ok la. Alternate. |

dont buy the antenna...
ask for free. They will definitely give to customer who got poor reception. I even get free even my signal 100% after some bla bla bla with the reseller. |

yours consider ok la lovely_gal. Compare to mine...hmm...they still unable to fix it....
From the tele coversation, the cs guy told me, each tower support 50 user. What if in my area, KJ, all 50 user 24/7 torrenting...for sure best effort i can get 500 kbps at best. To make thing worst, average i get only 350 kbps. I will lodge my 3rd written report to them... upgrade bw my shoes. |

feel lazy already to complain. 30% to 40% advertise speed all the way, day and night. Kelana Jaya already too crowded with izzi customer, and still, the Giant KJ still do their promotion...dang.
Guess what, I talked to one of izzi CS, and he told me that, each antenna will support 50 user simultanously. Yeah right...no wonder I get no more than half of the speed because KJ user all heavy downloaded XD |

support@izzi.com.my -------------- I send 3rd email to izzi and follow up with call, explicitly request to lodge a report and clearly state I want my report number. My previous report (yes, I got report number on that), state that I rarely enjoy more than 500 kbps since November 2007 was received by them...but guest what... one of their guy, named Suresh (who actually the person who call me couple of times regarding my problems at that moment), simply close my case with this kind of statement "Customer seem satisfied with current speed thus, case closed". Oh My God...I never ever say that I am satisfy. I even demand 1 month compensation like other one of LYN forum member enjoy but this bloody guy simply twisted my report like that. My mistake...hmmm, being too kind to them. I wait almost a month to re-complain and until then....I never know that they already close my case and infact never fix my problems. So guys, better watch out and keep bug them until they fix your problem or you .err...get your refund. |

My work life already kill me...and make me half dead, lagi nak deal dengan customer service ka? Call the CS pun bukan boleh fix immediately. When I can't hold my patience anymore (download speed drop to 300 kbps), thats why I call them and ask what happen. Of course, as a mere mortal, I really surprise and disgruntle when I knew my report already close with FALSE customer feedback. And my 1 month compensation claim still hanging...without knowing any status on that. I dont care who you are (sorry to say), either you are Suresh or Izzi staff. I am expressing my feedback to the community. They have the right to know. If i do the same thing, telling this thing to my officemate, wife, friends even penpall or bloging it, you can't do anything. It might not suite your taste...then what I can say...PM me. I have no problem with that. But, as LYN member, when Izzi perform well enough to meet my minimum satisfaction level, I post about it (Check my previous post if you are so rajin one). When they serve me not well enough (but already eat my money), I will tell the world too. And talking about the right channel, yes, I did. I send them couple of emails with all the screenshot, backdated to november till january (which I keep the record), and also call their customer service. Next step? Go to their physical shop? Nah...too fussy to do that. So now...still has problem with my post? Send me a PM as your copy post if you feel ok with that so, I can read it even delete by mod.
