I proceed withdraw my fund 1 month ago, up to date still not yet receive my money. App indicated fund withdraw completed. Send email no reply, last week managed to contact 1 of customer service, she said payment done. Yesterday whole day and this morning hotline nobody pick up. Beware if u guys want to continue invest via this platform.

this sounds very very very alarming. Never come across such complaints in SAMY thready though.
First time browsing Wahed thread.

I guess I will just focus on SAMY enough.

HI zstan

Since Wahed invests in the locally listed MyETF Dow Jones US Titans 50, the market value will follow this fund. If the fund's closing price is unchanged, your valuation in the app will also be unchanged.

Hope this clarifies.
Kind regards,

Wahed Invest Malaysia

Why are you defensive of Wahed?
Are you having any stakeholder in Wahed ownership? hmm.gif
Each time I talk bad about it, I'm pretty sure you're trying to defend it.

The 2 wahed etfs are at their cheapest now, price below value and worth snapping up.

I agree that the market price is below NAV for some time now for those two ETF but i-vcap is going to end its operation by sep 2020. Seems like no market maker as well for these two etf.

Small time player here, but choose Very Aggressive portfolio

I started my first deposit on 2nd March , and DCA every 2 weeks.
Each topup is RM100

Currently total topup is RM500 and current value is - 20.01%

I will continue to topup bi weekly *or every 2 weeks till got some positive, though i think it will take some time to recover

I topup to DCA more on SAMY, though.

Am i doing this right?

Right, can't find any mistake from what you're practicing, but utmost important is remembering that you are investment for long term so don't mind the short term loss thumbup.gif

Yes, and if there's a crash, as what occurred in March, perhaps we can put in a bit more than usual.

If DJ goes south again as many analysts say it would, the US etf price might drop further.

I want to see or know what is the fate when close to September 2020.
Will we force to liquidate like the robo-advisor in SG?
