try reset your airpods pro and see

probably try reset your airpods pod, some issue can be resolve from reset

seems weird, mine when click on sound icon in taskbar show two items...
i tried with three of my computer and laptops (all Windows 10, can connect and use as mic)

Airpods use to works with Windows with mic... my Airpods gen1 also working fine with Windows few years ago, and I also using Airpods Pro for Zoom/Google meet meeting... no issue so far with mic, and i did specifically select Airpods Pro mic as input for zoom meeting, not from laptop mic

try connect with someone else Windows 10 and see?

my airpods pro bought on Nov 2019... so far ok, just the service program covers airpods pro for 2 years from date of purchase, and for airpods pro before Oct 2020

yes, daily during work, conference call or listen music mine still can last 4hours+ when listening to music in single charge

i have airpods first gen few years ago, compare to my airdpods first gen after 1 year of usage, i would say pro model seems improve a lot

ya, mine still good so far... probably you can wait 12.12 sales next month to grab one

unnoticeable, the first gen 1 very easy notice... i remember i get first gen from Japan around April 2017, til last year before I get the pro on Nov 2019, one side left not more than 20mins music time

and latest iOS 14.2 support optimize charging for Airpods Pro, perhaps can help prolong battery life longer

just tried again yesterday, listening to music continuos with ANC enabled for 120-130minutes, my battery down from 100% to 53%, which is considering still in good condition after almost a year since early Dec 2019 I got it
the spec stated around 4.5 hours with ANC enabled

my friend bought from senheng too for RM769 during 12.12, still no news on delivery
I noticed senheng sold 1499 units during 12.12 (if it is true) then probably they need to get the stock ready first

if the issue you mentioned relate to above, they have to file warranty claim for your airpods pro

if you have some other earphone to spare, just wait
looking at current price for airpods pro <RM800, it is still a good buy at this time if you need a pair of earphone right now, new airpods pro price will not be cheap
