The beats fit pro all the colours come with matte surface? Cant decide on the colors. Ruled out purple. Shipping won’t affected by CNY that is coming soon right?

I also can’t decide so I go with their signature black colour.

I don’t think so even though their warehouse is in China.

I have until tomorrow to decide to choose white or grey. I saw it will only be delivered on 7 Feb.

Been using the pros for about a week now. My only issue is they do seem abit loose around my ears.

Also, are there any rubber cover/wrapping that you can purchase? feel like that would help keep them in position better and also protect them from dirt and last longer.

i lost count of how many times my AAP drops out from my ear over the past 2 years.......

Thats why i give up and went with Beats Fit Pro

AAP will be a handsfree and stays in the car when driving after new beats arrives.....

U can try find some ear hook accessories and make it like beats fit pro

For those who gets the beats fit pro, is it normal to hear buzz sound when we are not playing any music?

Suddenly my left side AirPods Pro just dead. I was using it frequently for laptop and iDevices until before CNY. I picked up again this morning for my meeting and it didn't work anymore. It just can't detect left side though it shows 100% charged. The worst thing is my warranty just over in Nov 2021.

So heartache to see this happening. I have tried following the methods on YouTube but not working... Maybe it is really hardware issue. It is disappointing that it fails without any pre-signal, just suddenly not working.

Besides sending back to Apple or authorized centre which may cost RM 499 for one side... Where else I can get this fixed? Such dilemma.

I am having the exact same issue. Only left side and still 100% charged. Is it possible it's a software problem? Is your airpods pro case blinking orange when the lid is open? Not sure where went wrong but it just dead out of nowhere.

Update: I tried pairing with only left side and I found that it has a different firmware with the right one. Seems like this is the problem. I’m waiting for it to update itself now, pairing only left one to my phone.

Update 2: left it overnight and now it’s blinking green and not even showing up when I pair it. Lol. Heading to authorised store later to see if they can fix it.

Update 3: diagnostic says left side got problem, either casing or the bud itself got problem but he don’t have any extra casing to test. I’ll test it out with my friend casing next week and see if it helps. Otherwise then it’s dead.

Update 4: I turned off auto ear detection, connect to my left AirPods, put the airpod in my case and play music then it’ll work for some reason (just a couple of second of music and then it disconnects). I think the battery kaput/circuitry got problem already even though it’s showing 100% and I haven’t had any battery drain problem prior to this. I think I’ll just leave it overnight a couple of days outside of case and see if it’ll completely drain the AirPods before recharging it again. If still doesn’t work then I’m gonna treat it as dead.

Yes, my AirPods was all good before this. Not sure if any software update causes this issue but I googled and no result for this issue. Now even my case starts to drain a lot when not in use, this was not happening before CNY. Suddenly everything starts failing…

I have just got one replacement left side bud from China and hope it will fix the issue.

After 2 years 1 month, my case only able to retain charge for 4-5 days, check back after that period, 0%, so now my AAP stays in my car while new Beats Fit Pro stay in my sling bag…..but I discover that Beats Fit Pro volume not as loud as AAP when listening to songs…

Original replacement? A lot fake buds out there.

It used to be like this before CNY. Now two days also gone case, this is after left bud issue.

Don’t know la, I bought based on reviews.
Cannot afford original, RM 499. For that price I rather buy new one.

wah guys, im having trouble pulling the ear tips out. My first airpods pro, very easy for me to pop the eartips in and out. But this new one i cannot remove one? I have tried to pull and pull and pull. Got one side got a small tear on its rubber and it's stick stuck to the earpiece....
